About Us: Method
In each landscape, the Colorado Conservation Partnership will bring all of our experiences and expertise to bear. Our commitment is to create the best approach to saving these unique places, raise money to cover all our costs, and plan for sustainable, long-term stewardship. For every landscape we will create a conservation vision that includes
- the natural and agricultural resources to be protected in each landscape;
- the most appropriate means to achieve this protection;
- the costs of protection;
- the most viable sources of funding to
cover these costs;
- restoration and on-going stewardship needs and opportunities;
- steps to enhance local partner capacity and professionalism; and
- an implementation schedule.
The final result: full integration of resources, approach and capacity of the CCP organizations with local partners resulting in more robust plans and more acres protected.
